I stopped breastfeeding since November 2019 and i notice milk in my breast this morning should i be worried? Because am trying to get pregnant.

It is not unusal. It is called galactorrhea and its usually triggered by excess production of prolactin thanks to the pituitary gland in the brain. It mostly has no known cause, you can see your doctor for more reassurance.
