My child is on exclusive breastfeeding but does not poop always and if he does is a little bit strong. Pls what can I do to reduce the pain

Please, note that babies on exclusive breastfeeding can poo up to 12 times in a day or not at all for 2 weeks. As far as the poo is normal (yellow/mustard colour and like egusi) there is no cause for worry.
