If for any reasons you are not able to express adequately you can do second best... Predominant breastfeeding where you breastfeed as much as possible when you are with the baby but formula CAN be given when there is no breast milk when you are at work.

Choice of formula is dependent on your ability to afford it and your baby's acceptability. There are so many available in the market. ATP does not endorse any specific brand of formula.
