NO ma'am, your baby won't be sick because of breastmilk and formula. Ensure the formula is age appropriate, maintain very good hygiene...STERILIZE FEEDING UTENSILS, DISCARD LEFT-OVER MILK ETC

Your baby is suppose to be on exclusive breastfeeding. Do not introduce formula just because you resumed work.
