pls for three weeks my baby can't poop unless I enemas her with warm water, secondly she normally has dried throat which at times makes her feel uneas

Your baby's throat is not dry you just feel that way. He is getting enough water.from breast milk as 80%of breast milk is water and should be on exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months.

Please stop the hot water process, your baby is fine. Also note that exclusive breast fed babies do not necessarily poo every day and can stay up to 2 weeks without passing stools as long as the stools come out normal when they finally come.
