Dr. Sanusi was Board Certified in 1997 by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow in Good Standing of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She Graduated from College of Medicine, University of Lagos in 1990 and Proceeded to the United States to do her Pediatric training at New York University (NYU) and Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital in California. Recognized as one of the outstanding residents during her training, she was invited to stay on at Loma Linda to work as Pediatric Chief Resident and Assistant Program Director, supervising and teaching medical students and residents. Dr Sanusi has worked extensively in general Pediatrics in the United States and Nigeria caring for different populations of patients. She is currently affiliated with the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta which has a Partnership with Emory University. As one of the founders of Pediatric Partners in Lagos, she looks forward to providing excellent and prompt medical care to every patient. She loves people and children in particular, as she feels so grateful to God for a wonderful childhood and life in general. She enjoys hiking, gardening, mentoring, travelling and music.
