My baby will be a year old,, and she prefers liquids to solids even soups she just spits the leaves out. What do I do?

These are what we choose to feed our children with and have become an everyday pattern for us as parents. It involves the tendency to reach out for the same foods whenever they are hungry.
As a parent, one of the most important things you do is to help your children learn healthy eating habits. Children need 3 balanced diet meals daily from all food classes -carbohydrates protein, fats and oils, vitamins, minerals and water and also 1 to 3 snacks (morning, afternoon and possibly before bed). Healthy snacks are just as important as the food you serve at meals"
So ma given only cereals is not sufficient ma
Please, do not force feed. It can be very dangerous..
