It is fairly common for a baby to be in a breech position before 35-36 weeks gestation, but most gradually turn to the cephalic (down) position before the last month. The doctor can't just say CS like that for now. My advise is that you go to another hospital in week time for second opinion and don't tell the doctor about the breech. You'll be able to deduce what happens next. All the best mom and Safe deliveries :)

There are 2 options, try to have another test in 1-2 weeks time to confirm. Make sure it's a blood test, not just a pregnancy stripe Urine test. You can try in another hospital/clinic/diagnostic center too
