Fertility monitors are the most advanced tech tools available for increasing your chances of conceiving a baby.

The fertility monitor works by tracking two key hormones; the luteinizing hormone (LH) and estrogen present in urine.

Based on the start of the menstrual cycle, the monitor will ask you to perform test stick readings for 10 or 20 consecutive days, depending on the length of your cycle and the timing of your LH surge (the increase on the luteinizing hormone that takes place right before ovulation).

The fertility monitor indicates your fertility level for the day: low, high, or peak.
