Since Blessing said her baby experienced such I think what worked for her baby should equally work for you. Did you take folic acid when you were pregnant?

5months can't carry her head, may be u over pampered her, base on sitting down, there is still time, try teaching her, let her sit on her own and u ave to watch her closely
