If you have conducted a test and know the outcome if positive, Breast feeding your baby is safe as long as you are able to keep up with the caloric requirement/demand of the new pregnancy and breastfeeding try and also ensure your baby is established on complementary feeds. If you have challenges eating enough for the two, if you are able to cope, it is completely safe. You can also see your gynaecologist for further evaluation and management.
