We may share your PII with health organisations who sign up as collaborators on our website if you have provided consent for any of the health organisations to use your PII. DATA USE AGREEMENT

Babymigo Limited is provided by Welomobile Limited. Welomobile Limited operates under the name and style Babymigo Limited.

This Data Use Agreement (DUA) between Babymigo Limited and the Collaborator is agreed as at the date of the Collaborator accepting this DUA. This DUA applies only to the party who has signed below on behalf of the Collaborator.

1. Background

Babymigo Limited maintains information about users subscribed to its platform. Babymigo Limited may share specific data fields with Collaborators to assist them in providing healthcare contents to targeted subscribers and also in researches conducted by them.

Collaborators are organisations that have signed up to be Babymigo Limited Collaborators. Both the DUA and completed Collaborator signup are required to access the data.

This Agreement addresses the conditions under which Babymigo Limited will disclose and the Collaborator will obtain data of individuals subscribed to the Babymigo Limited platform.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

Babymigo Limited agrees to provide the Collaborator with the relevant data needed by the Collaborator. In exchange, the Collaborator agrees to pay any applicable fees; the Collaborator agrees to use the data only for that purposes that promote the services provided by Babymigo Limited and not for formal evaluation.

The Collaborator may also provide information and data to Babymigo Limited in exchange for using Babymigo’s services. Babymigo Limited agrees to use the information only for the purposes of providing its services and may use the information for research purposes.

3. Safeguard

The Collaborator agrees to ensure the integrity, security and confidentiality of the data by complying with the terms of this Agreement and the applicable law. The Collaborator also agrees to establish appropriate safeguards to prevent use or disclosure of the data other than as provided for by this Agreement. The Collaborator will develop, implement, maintain and use appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to preserve the integrity and confidentiality of and to prevent non-permitted or violating use or disclosure of the data which is transmitted electronically. Babymigo Limited agrees to ensure the integrity, security and confidentiality of the data by complying with the terms of this Agreement and its Privacy Policy.

4. Ownership

The parties mutually agree that Babymigo Limited retains ownership rights to the data and that the Collaborator does not obtain any right, interest or title to any of the data furnished by Babymigo.

5. Agents and Contractors

The Collaborator will ensure that any agent, including a subcontractor, to whom it provides the data received from Babymigo Limited agrees to the same restrictions and conditions that apply through this Agreement to the Collaborator with respect to such information.

6. Identification and Contact of Individuals

The Collaborator will not identify or attempt to identify the individuals whose protected health information appears in the data provided by Babymigo. The Collaborator agrees not to contact or attempt to contact the individuals whose protected health information appears in the data set except written consent is obtained from Babymigo.

7. Continuing Privacy Obligations

The Collaborator’s obligation to protect the privacy of the Data Set is continuous and survives any termination, cancellation, expiration, or other conclusion of this Agreement with respect to any portion of the Data Set the Collaborator maintains after such termination, cancellation, expiration or other conclusion of this Agreement.
