Api sun mums av just stop breastfeeding and my breast is very very heavy n big since DAT yesterday av tried using pump n hot water but it keeps gettn bigger n its really hurts please wat else can I try....urgent plss.....

Stop pumping .get ampliclox cap n take 1 cap 4times a day, ibuprofen 2 tab twice daily n vit c tab. Use hot water as said n ori .And put on ur bra ...it will relieve u after some days.

Wear a very tight bra and take para. It will stop and relieve you too
