Hello !ummies, my baby boy tongue is white, I tried cleaning it with cotton wool still the same thing besides he doesn't allow me to do so, please what can I use

i dont trust cotton wool. i used flannel white n lurk warm water every morning b4 we start bathing. after which i wash n sterilize d flannel and sun dry. wen we past six months occasionally i add pinch of salt to d water b4 cleaning d mouth.
