Hello Mummy's and Doctors in the house. I'm in my Sixth month and I'm a first time Mum. I realize that I sleep more now and I snore which I don't do before and I have added a lot of weight. Then I have been having wrist pain since my 4th month although I complained to my doctor and he recommended calcium but it's not improving, please are these symptoms normal and can I start exercise like squatting now? Thanks

@ Same Nikki, I don't think that's true. Pregnancy affects pple diff. For instance I have never felt morning sickness for a day nor become nauseous or any other feelings. I won't have known I was pregnant if I didn't miss my period.
