My dear, the Lord is ur strength. Eat fruits, take fluid I.e water, good food and pregnaCare Plus to help u meet all that is needed. Keep breastfeeding baby too. It happened to me too and am still nursing my daughter. It ain't gonna be easy but the end result will be worth it. Mine is twins plus am nursing a five month old girl. I took a decision that could have taken my life in the process but I thank God for a supportive husband. It's well my dear, be strong.
