U can buy flagyl 2tab 3time a day for 5days doxycycline 2cap start n 1daily daily for 7days n ciprotab 1daily for 10days n apply mycoten cream. With d sitz bath Nneka said.

Dont use soap to clean up.. just water and maybe you should cut down your protein intake
