I use to think that second trimester is meant to be fun. Am in my second trimester but am not catching de fun cos I have not gone to the toilet for 4days now n tommy ache's, sleep is far from me most nights, am spotting, i no longer have appetite N am so faithful with my drugs. Please, what can I do.
