Pls help rili need ur answers....dis stated wen I dropped my baby at creche. .1st it's nappy rash which is almost gone, 2nd is coughing en catarrh, stooping nw he doesn't eat..he is nw lean en am almost crying wat shld I give him to make him eat pls....taken him to hospital bt it's still d same...pls help ema jeki un ku ooo
