Pls mummy n doc in the house.... Recently I use to feel this stomach cramps although is not a serious one and am 4weeks pregnant, hope is not a problem?

It's the foetus trying to find suitable place on the wall of your uterus to implant itself. It's normal but if it increase in severity, visit your doctor.
