Good morning mothers and doctors in the house. My baby is 9 weeks old I want to introduce baby food cos I'll resume work next month. Please advice on good food to give my baby. Thanks.

Why not express d breast milk using a breast pump.preserve d milk in fridge n warm it by putting in warm water wen u wnt to feed d baby

I won't advice you to express your breast milk and keep for the baby because you won't be there to monitor the baby and you can expose the baby to infection. Try NAN 1 baby food. Its very good
