Good day mothers in d house, pls my baby poo is watery n smelly and he poo like 4 - 5 times in a day but my concern is DAT its not like dis before. I notice dis wen we started taking ebenat supl. For his unclear throat as prescribed by a doctor. My baby will be 6 weeks tomorrow, kindly advice cos I don't know if dis is normal.
