Good evening ladies...am 6months pregnant and when ever I eat(not large quantity) I feel like my tummy wants to burst. Scared

You are welcome. Also pay attention to the specific foods that make you more uncomfortable e.g spicy foods,gassy soft drinks etc. Then don't eat too close to your bed time so the food can settle down before you lie down. I also find that taking warm water or tea before eating helps the digestion go faster
