Add methylator in a warm water n use small towel or a bowl to put it in his anus. You can also add d same methylator/ shear butter on a cotton bud and roll it carefully anus or dip ur little finger with shear butter /rub in his anus. It helps babies to poo. And always make his food very light for easy digestion.

This is what u will do. Buy brown sugar frm d ppl who sell cake things. Mix half tspn in 60mls of boiled cool water & gv him to drink. Within an hour he will poo. Next time,add lots of milk to d potato puree to avoid constipation. Do u use sma formula?
