Hello Mammy Sulaiman, pregnancy is a medical stress on our GIT (stomach and intestines). The pregnancy hormones also affect GIT motility leading to cramps, diarrhea, sometimes constipation. Heartburn etc. If it is severe, there are safe drugs you can take. But if not severe, it will reduce with time. Take care. Cheers
