good morning mummy's and doc.am 39 weeks and some days gone,I keep on having on and of waist and abdominal pain for month now.pls what must I do to make it real labour,cos ma due date is almost near.pls help .

Take a walk around your neighbour hood , squats with legs apart, sit on the floor/exercise mat with legs crossed inwards
