Clean your nipples,it will come out. Continue giving your baby so that it will open.

Dont drink any hot anythg fr now... u r already engorged n u need to empty those breasts not lactating the more. Put ur baby to suck.or u massage with warm.face towel n express,with hand or breastpump. U dnt need ds headache at all. Goan express sharply!
