Well I know about Pregnacare Max but I used Pregnacare plus and I am OK with it

Max is far better cos of d calcium but it's damn xpensive

I used pregnacare plus from the moment i realized i was pregnant till a week to my delivery and believe me d result is wow even on my baby, so use d plus it's ok
