Happy Sunday everyone, pls what can I use to reduce high blood pressure? Am 38wks gone and my doc said it's possible it's straight to theater on Monday, if it didn't reduce with with the drugs prescribed..

Use ur drugs in.addition to zobo. So long as u dnt hv Proteinuria or preeclampsia, I dunno y theatre... nevertheless believe God fr d best. Eliminate maggi & salt completely. Eat lots of garlic. If u hv access to beetroot,take a glass of its juice daily. it worked fr me. It may work fr u. Pls be calm.as much as u can
