@Triciakeys, no special method my dear. We go to work and he doesn't suck till 2pm, it was that opportunity I used gradually and it worked. It was difficult at first because my boy can suck for Africa both morning and night. Just make sure you always give your baby tea then gradually you can then stop breast. The pain no be here o but I used alligator pepper. Ate just 7 seeds and pcm.
