Please I was thinking of making my own Zobo drink as a substitute to water but I don't know if it's healthy to drink Zobo while pregnant. Please is it healthy?

I took zobo but it didn't harm my baby,it was nice on me

good evening ma, please how Many months was your pregnancy when you started taking Zobo and was in on a daily, weekly or monthly basis?

I heard adding a little lemon juice to the water will make it a bit tasty and prevent vomits..
