Good morning mothers am new here..I just gave birth 4 weeks ago and I had unprotected sex with my husband am kinda scared if I could get pregnant because I hear it's very easy to conceive at dis time..besides it's my 1st child pls what do I do to prevent pregnancy..pls help me cause am so scared to the brim. If its exclusive breastfeeding you are doing it's safe my dear sister....... exclusive breastfeeding is another way of family planning... if I said exclusive I mean breast only WITHOUT WATER... but if you are not doing exclusive breastfeeding, it's not safe

@shittu EBF dose not work for everybody as family planning. Madam before you take any drug always consult your doctor bcos you are breastfeeding and it is very easier for you to conceive at this stage whether your Menstruation has returned or not many nursing mother don't menstrate before they conceive

@eniwealth, EBF.... Is not a guaranteed birth controlling method pls.. It is advisable to consider a suitable family planning method at 6weeks PP. condom/billings method also helps
