Doc n mum in d house pls wat can I use for my baby he has not been able to toilet well,he wil force himself and is even little and am so worried

I poured warm water in his anus n den rub nycil rub on his anus.wen he was very tender everyone I bath him it helps alot..n i also ate fruits n he wil suck from d breast..but d moment he got to 5 to 6month n also couldn't poo..my doc advise i give him little castor oil to drank..n d next tin his poo was soften from d inside n out all d poo...
