Good evening mums and docs! My baby is 10weeks old and since birth he has had alefo(boil like rash), heat rashes and now little eczema on d face. He used cussons at birth then I changed to black soap and coconut oil& Shea butter recently. I want his body to be baby smooth with no spots or blemish. What can I use?? #first time mum. Thanks
