Good morning mums and docs, pls how many tablets of B-Complex is one supposed to take and how many times daily and secondly, can folic acid, B-Co, Fesolate be taking together with pregnacare?

Well it depends on your doctor and your health history. I have taken folic acid 1ce daily, bco 2ce, desolate 2ce and calcium 1ce daily this is what i have given by my doctor.
