Hello mums is it too early to start sitting a 6month old baby boy weighing 6.3kg? Someone at the creche where I keep him said its too early because he's not looking big in stature. That I should not make his back to be bend. Am just confused please help a worried mum.

@Yetunde18301, tgat is commando crawling, he will sooj master it. He is still on track Just help him to sit perfectly. He will catch uo bfr u knw it. Pls by 7 mths, gv him chance to pull to standing position. Offer him.thgs to scoot with,I mean arrange furniture fr him to use in tracing his steps. You will be aurprised he will take independent steps bfr he is 1year old. Dnt feel bad and dont feel intimidated dear. I put my son to sit at 5months, by 5&half he was sitting perfectly.

@ mummy David,my son of 7month + has not started crawling n he hates tummy time was advised to get walker n now he prefers standing with help to sitting..n whenever he stands he trues taking steps but his feet aren't strong yet
