Dr. Frank Ebozue graduated from the University of Debrecen, Hungary in 1979. He's specialized as an obstetrician & gynecologist since 1984 and also as an fertility specialist since 1985. In the past, Dr. Frank has served in different levels, including:

- Representing Nigeria in 1991 WHO conference on Infertility

- Chairman Imo State Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria

- National President National Association of Doctors in Nigerian
University Health Services (NADHUS) 2002 – 2009

- Chairman NMA National Committee Chairman – Physicians week 2012 - 2016
