Hello mummies N doctors in the house....My 8month old baby is having temperature given her paracetamol buh its yet to subside please wat else should i use for her?

Pls take d baby to hospital, it maybe malaria, if you give a child paracetamol and d fever didn't stop it means that d child needs medical attention, pls do that quickly don't do self medication
