Good afternoon doctors and mummy's here. Pls I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I find it hard to eat, stomach always tight. And anytime I feel hungry and eat I feel weak and feel like there's gas in my stomach. And I've been having pain under my right chest through my back. Pls what can I do about it?
