Hi moms..good evening. Pls i wanna know wat ds cm thing is abt. Wat does it mean when a preg mom says she is dilated 2cm or 1cm. I dont understand. Ftm. Thanks

Wen u are already falling into labour

It means that your cervix is opening to allow your baby pass through, they measure it using their fingers. Checking of it is during labor
