Contest Qualification Criteria:
You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER
- If you are an individual legal resident of Nigeria and are 18 or older at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Contest. Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Schedule
The August Secret Contest hosted by Babymigo.com will be held from 22nd January 2019 to 10th February 2019. Results for the Contest will be announced by 11th February 2019, tentatively. We reserve the right to extend the Contest deadline at our own discretion. If there is a revision, the revised date will be published on the same Contest landing page and all further days for winners will be postponed accordingly.
GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
- No photo change is allowed
- The photo with the maximum number of likes wins the contest
- Votes are counted on your entry page
- We are very selective about the pictures, and any fake, obscene photos would be removed
- Any photo with fake likes or votes will be immediately disqualified, fake likes are likes generated using tools like auto liker, etc.
- For votes to be valid, the person voting the photo should visit August Secrets most fed baby contest Page, click on "vote"
- The Entry must be the participant's original picture and should not be copied or somebody else’s a copyrighted picture. If a participant is found sharing someone else ’s picture in this Contest, he/she will be immediately disqualified and shall not be eligible continue as a participant in the Contest.
DISCLAIMER
- Babymigo holds complete rights to disqualify any contestant if they fail to fulfil the above.
- This is a baby photo contest, there is no judgement based on cuteness. All babies are cute and awesome.
- All communication will be made only on the Babymigo webpage
- Winners will be selected at the discretion of August Secrets and babymigo.
PRIZES
1) 3 Entries with highest votes will 2 weeks Supply of AugustSecrets Foods and 1 Free Recipe Book Each
2) Every other participant gets 10% off Bundle food packs.
REDEEMING PRIZES
The Winners will be required to furnish valid, government-issued photo identification and other documentation as required as proof. If these documents are not furnished within the time specified, or if notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if the potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, an alternate Winner will be selected. By their Entry, Eligible Participants are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and that the decisions of the judges and Babymigo and August Secret are final and binding in all respects. We reserve the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the Eligible Participant has breached any of the terms and conditions set out herein.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Contest, you give Babymigo and August Secrets the permission to use your name, likeness, image/ appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, digital images, and the like, taken and/or made on behalf of the Contest. You agree that both Babymigo and August Secrets has the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or contests that follow.
