How to Participate?
1. Upload the picture of your child to Babymigo’s contest page here. Make sure you use a valid Email and Phone number when registering for the contest. You must be a registered Babymigo user, if you’re not, register here
2. Ask friends and family to Like/vote by sharing your child's contest page link
3. Like Tuteria's Facebook Page here
Schedule
The Tuteria's Children Contest hosted by Babymigo.com will be held from 19th, November 2018 to 3rd, November 2018. Results for the Contest will be announced on the 4th of December 2018, tentatively. We reserve the right to extend the Contest deadline at our own discretion. If there is a revision, the revised date will be published on the same Contest landing page and all further days for winners will be postponed accordingly.
General Rules & Regulations
1. No photo change is allowed
2. Must be written and drawn by the child.
3. The photo with the maximum number of votes wins the contest
4. Votes are only counted on your entry page
5. We are very selective about the pictures, low quality, fake, obscene photos would be removed
6. Any photo with fake likes or votes will be immediately disqualified, fake likes are likes generated using tools like auto liker, etc.
7. For votes to be valid, the person voting the photo should visit Babymigo Cute baby contest Page, click on "vote"
8. The Entry must be the participant's original picture and should not be copied or somebody else’s copyrighted picture. If a participant is found sharing someone else ’s picture in this Contest, he/she will be immediately disqualified and shall not be eligible continue as a participant in the Contest.
9) Only kids from the age of 3 - 8 years can enter for the contest.
10) Your Picture upload should be less than 1MB
Disclaimer
1. We hold complete rights to disqualify any contestant if they fail to fulfil the above.
2. This is a photo contest, there is no judgement based on cuteness. All babies are cute and awesome.
3. All communication will be made only on the Babymigo webpage
4. Winners will be selected at the discretion of Tuteria/Babymigo
Prizes to be won
The entries with the highest votes will win N200,000 in combine cash prize. The first prize wins N100,000, N50,000 goes to the second winner, N25,000 goes to the third and N25,000 goes to the fourth prize winner. The cash prizes will be paid into your Account
Redeeming Prizes
The Winners may be required to furnish valid Proof (e.g Government-issued photo identification (ID card) or Birth Certificate e.t.c). If these documents are not furnished within the time specified, or if notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if the potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, an alternate Winner will be selected. By their Entry, Eligible Participants are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and that the decisions of the judges and Babymigo and Tuteria are final and binding in all respects. We reserve the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the Eligible Participant has breached any of the terms and conditions set out herein.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Contest, you give Tuteria the permission to use your name, likeness, image/ appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, digital images, and the like, taken and/or made on behalf of the Contest. You agree that Tuteria has the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or contests that follow.
