Please, as long as you are on Exclusive breastfeeding don't panic, my baby then would stay 5-7 days without pooing but when she does, it's comes out normal and not constipated. Research has shown that the baby uses up the breastmilk and little or no waste is produced from breastmilk. Water isn't adviced cos then it will no longer be EBF.
