Can i clean my baby's tongue( 2mths plus), if yes pls what can i use? Someone told me to use Tomatoes, never heard of that before

Yes you should, but NOT with tomatoes. A wash cloth and clean water is just fine until the baby cuts his or her first tooth then you would need age appropriate toothbrush and toothpaste.
