Good afternoon moms and docs, my baby is 12weeks old and I noticed each time I finish breast feeding him he poos, and we are on EBF. Am thinking of giving him flagyl syrup with zinc sulfate tab.My question is this, is it normal for a baby to poo 3-4 times a day? He is not teething ooo! And his temperature is ok.
