Good day house,please I had pregnancy nail in growth on my toe nail. And it pains like hell how do I get it to kill the wound.will. be going back to work soon

Is it pregnancy that causes it? What i do is that i use cuticle remover to cut off the side yhat is growing inside the toe. It pains but u have to close ur eyes and mind to do it
