Hmm cold water is not gud for a pregnant woman,u can only take it once in a while if ur baby crave for it, it depends on ur body system though but its not advisable

Meeeehennn!!! I over took iced block on daily basis during pregnancy ( I couldn't tolerate ordinary water),baby came out very fine but he can't stay without Air conditioner or fan . so I don't know if it is safe for u .

Thanks so much, I crave for cold drinks like crazy everyday, but I always try my best not to take it every time, to me is like a punishment if I don't satisfy myself
