Dr. Fadipe received her degree in medicine from the college of medicine, the University of Nigeria in 1998 and proceeded to do her internship at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital during which her love for pediatrics was concretized. She had her postgraduate training in pediatrics at the University College Hospital, Ibadan and is a fellow of the West African College of Physicians.

She holds a masters degree in Public Health, obtained from the University of Lagos in 2001. 

She has been a Consultant Paediatrician at The Premier Specialists' Medical Centre since 1997. She enjoys traveling and reading.
