My Experience at Funbell I had an experience at Funbell Diagnostics, Agodi, Ibadan that I can never forget. I just came to check a friend of mine who works there. As I sat at the reception, one of their clients who was very sick suddenly vomited on the floor. I noticed that immediately, the staffs were just going up and down just to help stabilize the sick woman. She was ushered to the toilet where they helped her to clean up. While someone also quickly went to call cleaner who was even eating at that time. She also left her food immediately and came around to clean up the floor. I was really impressed. I saw how the staffs were working together seemlessly like a family. They really blended very well. That day, I told myself, this is the kind of place that I will like to work in. -Miss. Alabi, S. O. The conduct of the staff at the Egbeda branch is very poor. Government establishment like this will definitely not be as bad as this. Got there with my wife for an ultrasound examination and the receptionist collecting the showed no regard for patient confidentiality. Certain questions they were not supposed to ask in the full glare of everyone was asked publicly. We were then ushered into the ultrasound room where the supposed doctor threw caution to the wind by snubbing questions regarding examinations he was doing on my wife. He even refused to do a thorough job claiming he will soon be closing for the day ( time being 5.18pm) after the receptionist had already collected money meant for this examination. It is even funny that while trying to ask the doctor some clarification about the result, the doctor acknowledged that the lady who prints the resuts called his attention to something on the image, but he didn't deem it important nor share the information with us. So, I suggest Funbell Diagnostic Center should be honest enough to stop misleading the general public that it is a leading provider in radiology and clinical laboratory services in Nigeria in the face of these poor services.

I was at the Egbeda Akowonjo branch for a scan and i must confess that the services were very poor. Right from the receptionist to the Doctor that did the scan i was displeased and highly disappointed. Both were very rude. The Doctor treated me like i was trash. I was curious about the test results and he only shouted at me to go outside. I taught we all have a right to ask our health providers questions!!! He was so unprofessional and at a time, while he was performing the procedure, he left the probe on my abdomen for a good 5 minutes and was laughing and chatting with another colleaque. There was no regard for the patient.
