Seun Sangoleye has 10 years’ experience as a nutrition educator and three years experience manufacturing and packaging infant meals and snacks made from local grains, fruits, and vegetables. She runs Baby Grubz Nigeria®, a food and nutrition solution service for children aged 0-5 years in Nigeria. She has published two books on child nutrition and she also provides online mentoring to a group of over 40,000 Nigerian mothers. She currently runs a campaign teaching the preparation of locally produced healthy, staple meals for children in order to reduce force-feeding and the high levels of malnutrition in Nigerian children.
